How It Works

1. Invest with Purpose

Partners invest a minimum of $25,000 to help fund the development and Beta launch of Awaken—a guided Bible experience designed to equip parents and strengthen faith formation in the home.

2. Revenue Comes First

There are no repayments until revenue is live. Once the platform launches and subscriptions begin, 10% of gross revenue is allocated to a shared investor pool.

3. Monthly Revenue Participation

Investor payouts are distributed monthly and pro rata, based on each partner’s share of the total capital raised. As adoption grows, monthly distributions grow alongside it.

4. Capped, Transparent Returns

Returns are clearly defined and capped, depending on investment size:

  • $25,000 → 1.25× return cap

  • $50,000 → 1.30× return cap

  • $100,000 → 1.35× return cap

Once a partner reaches their cap, distributions stop automatically—no ongoing obligation.

5. Mission Preserved

This structure avoids equity dilution, fixed debt, or interest accrual—allowing Awaken to remain focused on families, Scripture, and long-term faithfulness while honoring wise stewardship.

    Awaken will follow a disciplined, staged launch process to ensure quality and stability:

    • Beta build: 2–4 months

    • Beta testing & refinement: ~2 months

    • Public launch: 2–4 months following beta

    Revenue begins once the public app is live and subscriptions are available. Investor returns begin only once revenue is live—there are no payments prior to subscriptions generating revenue.

    The goal is for the Awaken Bible Experience App to be live approximately 2–4 months after beta, depending on testing outcomes and final refinements.

  • Each month, 10% of gross subscription revenue is allocated to the investor pool. That pool is distributed pro rata based on each partner’s share of the total capital raised.

  • The timing depends on:

    • Subscriber adoption

    • Total revenue generated

    • Your share of the investor pool

    Faster growth accelerates payouts. Slower growth extends the timeline—without penalty or fixed obligation.

    Under base growth assumptions and a fully subscribed $250,000 round, investors typically receive their full capped return within approximately 2 to 3 years after launch, with larger investments repaid sooner due to greater revenue participation.
